Prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, BU vice president of educational affairs and students inspects the place of residence for the participating delegations in the 5th round of “Ibdea” forum that’s held across the faculties of specific education in the Egyptian universities. This visit is conducted in the presence of prof.Dr. Ghada Shaker, the faculty of specific education vice dean for educational affairs and students, prof.Dr. Sayed Abdel EL-Wanyes, the supervisor of the university hostels and prof.Dr. Awwad Allah Soliman, the head of the University hostels. It’s noteworthy that the faculty of specific education organizes the 5th round of “Ibdea” forum across the Egyptian universities for 5 days from 28-1-2024 to the first Thursday of February.

Benha University journal of Humanities organizes a scientific conference in 20 of April entitled “the future of heritage between visions and challenges”. This conference will be held under the auspices of the minister of higher education and scientific research and BU president from 20-4-2024 to 21-4-2024. EL-Gizaway asserts that this conference comes in accordance with the celebrations of the international heritage day in 18 of April.
Benha University maintains its ranking as one of top Ten Egyptian Universities
Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the university president announces that the university maintains its ranking as one of top Ten Egyptian Universities in Webmetrics rankings of citations 2024. The university citations has been increased by 246.127 compared to the last version that is estimated by 32.652, so the University obtains the 9th position among 50 Egyptian universities and it also obtains the position of 1099 among 5630 research institutions and Universities around the world. Prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of educational affairs and students inspects the 1st semester exams in the faculty of physical therapy conducted in the E-exams center and several centers, such as the medical simulation and skills center, the talented center, and the educational studio to make sure that everything is up and running. He was accompanied by prof.Dr. Walid Talaat, the acting dean of the faculty, prof.Dr. Mohamed Abdel EL-Fattah, E-exams center head, prof.Dr. Ashraf EL-Mashad, the medical simulation and skills center head, and prof.Dr. Shimaa Salah, the supervisor of the educational studio.

The meeting occurs in the presence of prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of educational affairs and students, the deans of the faculties of engineering/ Shubra, engineering/ Benha, computer and artificial intelligence, the University secretary-general, the MIS head, quality assurance and accreditation center head, digital network head, E-Learning center head, IT training center head, E-exams center head, the University assistant secretary-general of financial affairs, the University secretariat head, and the E-portal head. The meeting discusses the general policy of the university’s digital transformation activities, the development of a full-fledged strategy of digital transformation and its role in the sustainable development.

BU announces several academic vacancies in the University’s faculties
Benha University announces several academic vacancies in the university’s faculties, such as the faculty of physical education, the faculty of physical therapy, the faculty of engineering/ Benha, the faculty of applied arts, the faculty of computers and physical education. It’s noteworthy that the applications should be submitted to the faculty’s dean within 15 days of vacancy announcement and applications will be disregarded if submitted before or after the announcement.
