Prof. Dr. Gamal Sousa, the General Supervisor of the University Hostels said in the frame of the University seeking to improve the various services at the University hostels, a training course about Total Quality Management “TQM” has been held for the staff under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Soliman Mustafa, the University Vice-president for Education and Students’ Affairs.
