Faculty of Law, Benha University has several Strategic goals as following:
- Improving the efficiency and adequacy of teaching staff and improving the conditions of the supporting staff scientifically and financially.

- Expanding student projects and initiatives with an innovative nature and distinguished participation of students.
- Expanding E-learning programs and effective learning in its various forms.
- Meeting the Faculty’s and quality systems’ need for preparing specialized administrative cadres, and improving their financial conditions and the work environment at the Faculty.
- Expanding joint research projects with academic bodies and civil society organizations, which are concerned with the applied aspects of the law.
- Focus on the quality and distinction of scientific activities, most notably conferences and specialized scientific publications.

- Adopting supportive financial systems in the field of developing self-resources and directing them to support quality programs and distinguished activities.
- Paying attention to the character of excellence and internationalism, in all plans and programs of the college, to ensure its pioneering role in the local and regional community.
